With the opening of the Gardens by the Bay in 2012, the skyline of Singapore changed forever and justifiably the Super-Trees became an iconic landmark for the city. These amazing structures, the tallest standing proud at 50m, not only house approximately 162,900 different plants species but some even have photovoltaic cells to illuminate the trees at night whilst others are integrated into the cooled conservatories and serve as exhaust receptacles. Then at night they come to life with a dazzling sound and light show that will leave you mesmerized.
